(the “Company” or “Magnum”) announces that Sead Hamzagic has resigned as a director and as the Chief Financial Officer, and in connection therewith, Magnum is very pleased to announce that Daniel Evans has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
For over 30 years Daniel Evans has been President, Secretary and a director of The Kennedy Hill Financial Group Inc., a private Canadian financial services and investment firm that provides venture capital finance, corporate reorganizations, and management consultation services for public and private companies. Daniel is also the President, CEO and a director of Cobra Venture Corporation, an oil and gas development company, and is currently a director of Magnum.
The Company would like to thank Sead Hamzagic for his considerable efforts and dedication and to wish him well in his future endeavours. Mr. Hamzagic has indicated that he may be available to provide certain accounting services to the Company in the future on a paid consulting basis.
