Mr. Douglas L. Mason – President, C.E.O. and Director
Former President and CEO of Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation, Mr. Mason has spent many successful years in the public and private financial arenas. Mr. Mason is presently the President and CEO of International Bethlehem Mining Corp., Rainy Mountain Royalty Corp., Canadian International Pharma Corp., and Waterfront Capital Corporation.
Mr. Sead Hamzagic, CPA-CGA – CFO and Director
Mr. Hamzagic has over 20 years of public practice accounting and financial management experience. Mr. Hamzagic is currently on the board of directors and Chief Financial Officer for a number of private and publicly trading companies that form part of the conglomerate group of companies chaired by Mr. Mason. Mr. Hamzagic is a member in good standing with the Certified General Accountants Association of British Columbia.
Mr. Daniel Evans – Director
Mr. Evans is currently the President of The Kennedy-Hill Financial Group Inc., a private financial services and investment firm. Mr. Evans has also served as an officer and director of numerous corporations listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the NASDAQ-MNS market and the TSXV or its predecessors.
Mr. David Evans – Director
Mr. Evans is currently the President and General Manager of Sureway Metal System Ltd., a privately owned, Calgary-based steel service corporation. He is also the President of Justin Steel Inc., a privately owned Canadian investment and holdings company involved in steel brokerage and the design, manufacture and distribution of specialty industrial products.
Mr. Benjamin Ainsworth – Director
Mr. Ainsworth graduated from Oxfrord University with an Honours Degree in Geology in 1962 and has been active in international mineral exploration since then. A Senior Geologist with Placer Development Ltd (the former owner operator of Sultan’s Salmo mineral projects), he held assignments as Chief Geochemist, Exploration Manager – Eastern Canada, Exploration Manager during more than 20 years with that company. He carried out extensive exploration work in Canada and Yukon, which lead to the discovery, in 1972, of the world class Howards Pass lead – zinc deposit, and the re-discovery of the Clea tungsten deposit. In 1986, he formed an international mineral exploration consultancy and serves as “Qualified Person” on the board of several junior mining companies, working with a wide range of commodities.
