Mr. Douglas L. Mason – President, C.E.O. and Director
Douglas has served as a Senior Officer and Director of many public and private companies in capital markets. Douglas is currently a Director of Foremost Clean Energy Ltd., and provides advisory services and guidance to start-ups in the exploration, cannabis and consumer goods sectors. Most notably Douglas was the Founder and served as CEO and Director of the iconic premium beverage brand Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation.
Mr. Daniel Evans – CFO and Director
Mr. Evans is currently the President of The Kennedy-Hill Financial Group Inc., a private financial services and investment firm. Mr. Evans has also served as an officer and director of numerous corporations listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the NASDAQ-MNS market and the TSXV or its predecessors.
Mr. Andrzej Kowalski – Director
Mr. Kowalski is a successful entrepreneur and multiple business owner. He is also a qualified lawyer experienced in commercial law and litigation. Much of Andrzej’s business career has involved founding, financing, operating and selling technology companies both in the private and public sectors. He also has experience with real estate development and investing. Andrzej holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees from Monash University, Australia and a Master of Laws degree from The University of British Columbia.
Mr. David Smith – Director
Mr. Smith previously co-founded a multi-faceted Real Estate Development and Sales company now in operations for 35 years. Mr. Smith also co-founded two public environmental companies which were developed and ultimately sold as profitable concerns. He has spent the last ten years operating within the mining industry, most recently as the Founder and CEO of GoldHaven Resources Ltd.
