(the \u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cMagnum\u201d) announces that Douglas Mason has resigned as President, and in connection therewith, Magnum is very pleased to announce that Peter D. Berdusco has been appointed as President and as a Director of the Company.&nbsp; Mr. Mason remains as Chief Executive Officer and as a Director of Magnum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Berdusco is a senior executive officer and board member in the public and private sectors. Over the past 20 years he has applied his expertise to corporate restructurings, reverse-take-overs, board oversight, strategic planning, corporate management and project financing. The last ten-year years he has fulfilled the position of Chief Executive Officer for a number of junior resource companies that trade on the TSX Venture Exchange.
