(the \u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cMagnum Goldcorp\u201d) announces that it has entered into debt settlement agreements (the \u201cAgreements\u201d) to settle obligations (the \u201cSettlements\u201d) owed to certain non-arm\u2019s length and arm\u2019s length creditors, in the aggregate amount of $275,225.27 through the issuance of an aggregate of 4,587,088 common shares of the Company (the \u201cShares\u201d) at a deemed value of $0.06 per Share.
