(the \u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cMagnum\u201d) sadly announces the recent passing away of Benjamin Ainsworth, a long standing and greatly respected Director of the Company. The Company wishes to extend its sincere condolences to Ben\u2019s family, friends and his many business associates.<\/p>\n<p>Ben\u2019s long and storied career spans several decades and was recently chronicled by Canyon Copper Corp. in its news release of April 27, 2017. Magnum wishes to add that it is extremely thankful and appreciative of the many contributions that Ben made to the Company, its Board of Directors, its Management and its shareholders. Ben will be deeply missed and never forgotten.<\/p>\n<p>In light of Ben\u2019s passing, the Company wishes to announce the appointment of Andrzej Kowalski as a Director of the Company. Andrzej is a lawyer experienced in commercial law and litigation and is also a successful entrepreneur and multiple business owner.
