Douglas is currently a Director of Foremost Clean Energy Ltd., and provides advisory services and guidance to start-ups in the exploration, cannabis and consumer goods sectors.&nbsp; Most notably Douglas was the Founder and served as CEO and Director of the iconic premium beverage brand Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Mr. Daniel Evans \u2013 CFO and Director<br><\/strong>Mr. Evans is currently the President of The Kennedy-Hill Financial Group Inc., a private financial services and investment firm. Mr. Evans has also served as an officer and director of numerous corporations listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the NASDAQ-MNS market and the TSXV or its predecessors.<strong><\/strong><wp-block data-block=\"core\/more\"><\/wp-block><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Mr. David Smith&nbsp;\u2013 Director<br><\/strong><\/span>Mr. Smith previously co-founded a multi-faceted Real Estate Development and Sales company now in operations for 35 years. Mr. Smith also co-founded two public environmental companies which were developed and ultimately sold as profitable concerns.
